4. Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Clients

  • Provide accurate information for delivery and payment.
  • Be present at the agreed delivery location at the scheduled time.
  • Treat drivers and restaurant staff with respect and courtesy.
  • Do not adopt disruptive, abusive or illegal behavior.
  • Pay the total amount of orders made.

4.2 Drivers

  • Keep a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance in compliance.
  • Observe traffic laws and local regulations.
  • Deliver orders in a sanitary condition.
  • Show professionalism towards clients and partners.
  • Use appropriate equipment to ensure delivery safety.

5. Forbidden Activities

To preserve the integrity of the platform, it is strictly forbidden to :

  • Break the laws or regulations applicable (local, national or international).
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or lie about your affiliation.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties.
  • Attempt to hack, access without authorization or disrupt our systems.
  • Transmit viruses, malware or any destructive code.
  • Use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
